Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own tent and gazebo, as these items are not provided by the Standard Bank BIOMASS FAIR. However, we offer ample space and assistance for setup upon arrival. The fair accommodates both demonstrations and regular exhibitions, with a designated demonstration area separate from the main exhibition space, allowing exhibitors to effectively showcase products through practical demonstrations, which cannot be conducted within the exhibition area. Exhibitors interested in demonstrating equipment on a larger scale should indicate their preference for using the demonstration area. Smaller and quieter equipment demonstrations are permitted within the exhibition area, with a reminder to maintain consideration for neighbouring stalls and avoid disruption.
